What's covered
- First-time paid plan: 100% refund within 14 days of purchase, even if you used the product
- Annual plans: 30-day window for first-time annual purchases; pro-rated thereafter (months used at monthly rate, rest refunded)
- Service outages: if we cause a verified outage > 4 hours we credit 5% of your monthly fee per hour, up to 100%
- Accidental double-charges or duplicate accounts: always refunded, no time limit
What's not covered
- Renewals after the first paid period (cancel anytime to stop the next renewal)
- Add-ons or one-time purchases that have already been used (e.g. extra reply credits already consumed)
- Suspensions caused by Meta or your own Instagram account being restricted
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms
How to request a refund
Email billing@oyereply.com from the address on your account, or DM @oyereply on Instagram. Include your workspace name. We confirm within one business day and the money is back on your card in 5–7 business days.
Chargebacks
Please ask us before disputing — we can almost always resolve it instantly. Filing a chargeback automatically suspends the account while the bank investigates.
